David co-founded Adapter with the vision to revolutionize the data landscape. Recognizing that data is the new oil, we aimed not just to harness its power, but to flip the traditional model on its head. Instead of conforming to existing structures, we sought to empower individuals and organizations to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the digital era by providing them with the tools and insights they need to thrive.

As an explorer, creator, and investor Adam has catalyzed several innovative ventures over the years resulting in novel solutions deployed at global scale across critical private and public sector entities. Previously founded Ionic Security (Acquired by TWLO), GM of Emerging Businesses (AI/IoT/+) @ Twilio, and remains active early stage investor.
20+ issued US patents spanning complex orchestration, reasoning systems, and advanced cryptographic capabilities. Advisory Board, Georgia Institute of Technology: College of Computing Founding Board, Institute for Information Security and Privacy at Georgia Tech.
Avid large format landscape and underwater photographer he spends much of his leisure time with his friends and family out in nature.
His envisionment of Adapter is rooted in a deep belief that there is no reason for us to live in a world in which those with the highest concentration of power are the only ones who can actually leverage the power of intelligent technology. Knowledge is true power and knowledge of self is the most empowering.
Before joining Adapter, Aidan led a ML engineering effort for integrating Gen AI into a new enterprise data search and discovery service at AWS. Previously, he worked as a researcher in the intelligence industry, focusing on fundamental and applied research. He has co-authored peer reviewed research papers and been a recipient of a DoD research grant.
“I joined Adapter because I believe the potential for what used to be inaccessible technologies becoming seamlessly integrated into and improving people’s lives.”
Anton considers himself a techy and has expertise in machine learning systems. Before Adapter, he had a brief stint as an entrepreneur after eight years at Amazon working on core data engineering and systems. He joined Adapter because he wanted to explore the power of intersecting knowledge-graphs with large language models.
Art is a software engineer and entrepreneur with more than 20-years of experience across various tech startups such as Kentik, IronNet Cybersecurity and Sencha. He holds a B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago where he studied Music and Computer Science.
“Adapter is doing some incredible things, and I’m really excited by both the technical challenges we’re solving as well as the personal impact we are delivering to our users.”
Bill has a distinguished track record of innovation, including early development of the Cisco PIX firewall and Local Director products. During more than 24 years in technology research and software development, Bill has authored more than 25 patents in areas that range from firewall technology, network scaling and distribution, to cybersecurity.
He has been a co-founder of multiple startups taking on the roles of CTO, Lead Architect and Lead Engineer. Bill has also served as Distinguished Engineer in the CTO Office of Aruba Networks, CTO at lonic Security, and most recently as Chief Product Architect for Beyond Identity.
Bill was driven to join Adapter by the opportunity to put our data to work to truly achieve our goals instead of being used to target us. The amazing Adapter team was a welcome bonus.
Chris uses design to help teams develop clear and compelling visions of the future. He drives clarity in highly ambiguous and complex problem spaces by leveraging ideation, prototyping, and storytelling. His innovation experience includes X - the moonshot factory, Verily, Pebble, and Disney Research.
Chris joined Adapter because it has because it has the right leadership, talent, and vision to create a generation-defining product with users in control.
Dillon has 5+ years of experience in building and operating software services at academic research labs, startups, and AWS. His expertise ranges from intelligent systems projects to globally available data governance services. He has a broad background that includes deploying secure machine learning (ML) models in multi-tenant systems, architecting and launching entire new services, and making open-source contributions for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) innovations to enhance the developer experience.
In his spare time he enjoys fishing and scuba diving and is an amateur pilot.
Dillon joined Adapter for the amazing team and the mission to invert the data paradigm, empowering users to harness their data for improving their lives and understanding themselves.
Inés is a strategist and a creative at heart. Prior to joining Adapter she worked at Morgan Stanley where she focused on technology and innovation strategy.
She joined Adapter because of the shared belief that we can reimagine how technology empowers individuals.
Before joining Adapter, Irene was the Head of the User Experience Design team at Shield AI, a defense-tech company. At Shield AI, she worked on building an AI pilot with the mission to protect service members and civilians. Working alongside service members, she saw the need for better user-centered experiences in the defense-tech space.
